Key Responsibilities
- Produce structural designs, calculations and technical reports.
- Deliver projects across a range of sectors including new build and refurbishment.
- Liaise with architects, developers, contractors and design teams.
- Attend meetings and site visits to support project delivery.
- Develop practical, efficient and cost‑effective engineering solutions.
- Work collaboratively within the team to ensure high standards are achieved.
- Support and mentor junior engineers where appropriate.
About You
- Degree qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Experience working within a structural consultancy environment.
- Strong technical understanding of steel, concrete, timber and masonry structures.
- Familiarity with structural design software and AutoCAD/Revit would be beneficial.
- Motivated, ambitious and keen to continue developing professionally.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- Chartered or working toward Chartership (ICE / IStructE) is advantageous.
