Duties of a Refrigeration Engineer
- Servicing and maintaining refrigeration units, including GAH HVAC systems and Thermo King / Carrier refrigeration equipment
- Diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration faults
- Performing planned preventative maintenance to ensure system reliability
- Conducting F‑Gas compliant work in accordance with industry standards
- Completing detailed service reports and documentation
- Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations
Requirements of a Refrigeration Engineer
- Proven experience in refrigeration, HVAC, or PWC systems
- Knowledge of GAH, Thermo King, and Carrier refrigeration systems advantageous; willingness to learn essential
- Strong fault‑finding skills in electrical and mechanical systems
- F‑Gas certification mandatory
