Requirements:
- Thin film, coating, and winding technologies exposure.
- Soldering skills, solder and flux theory and practical experience of tinning, splicing, jenkin spring, turret soldering, crimping, etc.
- Tools, solder types and fixtures.
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret assembly drawings and procedures.
- Identify components and use pertinent tools and work techniques, operate assembly equipment and tools.
- Operate machines to manufacture battery cells.
- Assemble cells into a completed pack.
- Successfully complete required safety trainings including but not limited to crane, forklift, drugs and alcohol.
