We are looking for an experienced and commercially focused Regional Supply Chain Manager to support the development and delivery of a high‑performing regional supply chain strategy. Working closely with operational, estimating and commercial teams, you will lead the identification, implementation and management of a tiered supply chain across materials, manufacturers, indirect suppliers and subcontractors. You will also take responsibility for selected supply categories, helping to drive best value, resilience, innovation and compliance across the business. This is a strategic and collaborative role suited to someone who understands market dynamics, supplier performance and commercial risk, and can build strong relationships both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional supply chain strategies aligned to business objectives and operational requirements
  • Build and manage supplier and subcontractor partnerships to optimise performance, value and service delivery
  • Monitor supplier performance and manage commercial risk through effective reporting and analytics
  • Support tendering activities, contract mobilisation and regional business growth initiatives
  • Collaborate with operational managers and wider supply chain teams to deliver continuous improvement projects
  • Maintain up‑to‑date market knowledge to identify opportunities, reduce risk and encourage innovation
  • Ensure compliance with supply chain processes, procedures and health & safety standards
  • Champion customer and client requirements throughout the supply chain
  • Promote environmentally responsible practices and minimise operational impact where possible

About You

Essential Experience

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience within Supply Chain management
  • Experience negotiating high‑value supplier and subcontractor agreements
  • Proven ability to manage change projects involving multiple stakeholders
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across operational and commercial teams
  • Experience using data analytics and KPI reporting to manage supply chain performance
  • Understanding of health & safety regulations within construction or related industries

Skills & Knowledge

  • MCIPS qualified or currently working towards qualification
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and problem‑solving ability
  • Skilled negotiator with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
