We are currently recruiting for a Spot Welder to join a busy and growing manufacturing company based in Atherstone on Stour. This is a full‑time ongoing position with the opportunity to secure a permanent contract following a successful temporary period.
As a Spot Welder, you’ll be responsible for operating resistance welding equipment to manufacture precision components in line with production and quality standards. This is a hands‑on role where attention to detail, consistency and quality are key. You’ll work closely with production and quality teams to ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently and to specification. This is a great opportunity to develop within a specialist engineering business.
Shift Hours
08:00‑17:00 Monday to Thursday / 08:00‑13:00 Friday
Duties Include
- Spot welding mild steel components
- Reading and working from engineering drawings
- Fabricating and assembling metal products
- Quality checking completed work
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
