We're looking for a Preconstruction Manager to join our Building team based in the South.

Location and Hours

  • Location: Hampshire.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week – some flexibility on hours available if desired.

What will you be responsible for?

  • Managing the preconstruction process from tender to handover
  • Coordinating bid teams and contributing to bid strategy
  • Engaging with clients and consultants to build strong relationships
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks
  • Supporting workload balance and wellbeing across the preconstruction team

Requirements

  • You have excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • You hold a construction-related qualification and relevant professional membership.
  • You have experience managing pre-construction on projects up to £20m.
