We are seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Supervisor to join our team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing electrical installations on mainly commercial and healthcare projects, supervising electrical staff, and ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of electricians and electrical apprentices.
  • Ensure all electrical work is completed to required safety and quality standards.
  • Read and interpret electrical drawings, plans, and specifications.
  • Plan and allocate work to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Liaise with project managers, contractors, and clients as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and staff hours.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the electrical team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within commercial & healthcare projects (industrial experience beneficial).
  • Relevant electrical qualification/certification.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation practices, and safety regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Full driving licence.
