We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mobile Maintenance Electrician to join a growing facilities maintenance team covering commercial and mixed-use sites across West London.

Responsibilities

  • Carrying out reactive and planned electrical maintenance
  • Completing fault finding, repairs, and minor installation works
  • Supporting small project and refurbishment works
  • Working to SLA response and completion times
  • Updating jobs and reports through the CAFM/PDA system
  • Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety procedures
  • Maintaining accurate service records and reporting follow-on works
  • Supporting with additional multi-skilled maintenance tasks when required
  • Participating in an out-of-hours callout rota on a rota basis

Requirements

  • City & Guilds or NVQ electrical qualification
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • Experience within facilities maintenance or building services
  • Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience
  • Good communication and customer-facing skills
