We are currently recruiting an experienced Environmental Advisor to support the delivery of major water infrastructure projects across the Thames Water framework. This hands-on role spans both pre-construction and live site delivery, ensuring environmental compliance is embedded throughout the full project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with project teams, operational staff, and subcontractors to provide practical environmental guidance across civils and infrastructure works, focusing on ecology, pollution prevention, and site compliance.
- Support planning activities, conduct site inspections and audits, manage environmental non-conformances, and engage with clients and regulatory bodies to ensure projects are delivered safely and compliantly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience within construction, utilities, or infrastructure environments.
- Strong knowledge of environmental legislation, ISO 14001, and site-based environmental management.
- Experience within the water sector or regulated infrastructure is highly advantageous.
