Based from home and working on a mobile basis, you would be responsible for carrying out maintenance and repair on a wide range of commercial gas systems and mechanical/plantroom maintenance. You would be responsible for carrying out PPM schedules and meeting set KPI targets covering high-end apartment blocks (communal heating systems) and offices.
24-hour rota for emergency call out (1 in 7). 23 days annual leave. This role would suit someone looking for more of a work/life balance. My client is flexible and will take someone on 3/4 days/week.

Responsibilities
- Carry out maintenance and repair on a wide range of commercial gas systems and mechanical/plantroom maintenance.
- Carry out PPM schedules and meet KPI targets for high-end apartment blocks (communal heating systems) and offices.
- Work on a 24-hour rota for emergency call out (1 in 7).
- Work flexibly in line with company needs (3β4 days per week may be considered).
Qualifications & Skills
- Recognised industry qualifications including ACS tickets.
- Good customer service skills, well-presented and articulate.
- Ability to diagnose and repair faults on commercial gas systems and mechanical systems.
- Experience of working on HVAC maintenance contracts is advantageous but not essential.
- Motivated, trustworthy, a team player, loyal and reliable.
