Senior Site Manager – High-End Residential
Location: West London
We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager for a prestigious high-end residential project in West London.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury residential construction, with proven experience delivering high-value refurbishments, structural alterations, extensions and bespoke new-build properties across prime London locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams across all construction phases.
- Supervise structural works, extensions, basement construction, MEP installations and high-specification internal fit-outs.
- Maintain strict quality control, ensuring exceptional finishes, effective snagging and defect-free handovers.
- Manage site programmes, progress reporting, procurement, resource allocation and commercial performance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, RAMS and all relevant building regulations.
- Liaise closely with clients, architects, structural engineers, consultants and project managers to resolve technical issues and maintain project progress.
- Maintain accurate site records, conduct regular inspections and proactively identify potential delays or cost implications.
Candidate Requirements
- Extensive experience as a Senior Site Manager within high-end residential construction.
- Proven track record delivering luxury refurbishments and new-build residential projects in prime London locations.
- Strong technical knowledge of structural alterations, basement works, extensions, building services and bespoke finishes.
- Excellent leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- A thorough understanding of programme management, quality assurance, health and safety, and cost control.
- Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Relevant site management qualifications, including SMSTS and CSCS.
