Albion Search are currently working with a house builder to appoint a Site Manager for 6 weeks cover on the outskirts of Middlesbrough. The ideal candidate will have managed volume house building sites and will be familiar and knowledgeable with NHBC regulations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Management of the build programme
  • Ensuring CML's are delivered on time
  • Health & Safety Management of trades & sub-contractors
  • RAMS
  • NHBC Liaison
  • Inductions

You must have a valid and in date SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS Card, along with the above relevant house building experience.
