Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and develop close working relationships with clients, architects, contractors.
  • Prepare detailed estimates by reviewing all the information required to formulate accurate project costings with attention to detail paid to all sections.
  • Review and prepare tender documents, such as project quotations to the client & suppliers.
  • Present prepared estimates by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.
  • Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing technical publications & in house project drawings.
  • Responsible for estimating the total project cost, including design, procurement, manufacture and delivery in line with the tender documentation while clearly highlighting any discrepancies.
  • Strive to retain existing clients and ensure the maximum longevity of your relationship with the Company through proactive contact and appropriate relationship development.

Knowledge/ Skills/ Experience:

  • Experience within a similar role.
  • Experience liaising with architects and main contractors.
  • Experience within the Roofing and Cladding industry would be beneficial although not essential.
