Reporting into the Technical Manager, you’ll act as a key technical point of contact for customers and the external sales team, providing detailed HVAC application support across a wide range of enquiries.
Responsibilities
- Responding to technical HVAC enquiries throughout the day from customers and internal stakeholders
- Supporting external sales with applications, quotations, schematics and technical recommendations
- Reviewing system designs and advising on best-fit solutions for specific applications
- Running through HVAC applications and explaining how systems and individual components operate
- Delivering technical product training to customers and internal teams
- Attending customer meetings and site surveys where required
- Supporting and managing lower-spend accounts internally as part of the wider team
Ideal Candidate
You’ll come from a strong HVAC background with proven application knowledge and the ability to explain how systems operate at a detailed, component level. As the technical team continues to grow, you’ll be able to support more junior engineers and confidently present technical information to customers.
