A leading bespoke joinery and interiors manufacturer is seeking an experienced Joinery Project Manager to oversee high-end projects from production through to installation. Working across luxury residential, commercial, and specialist interior projects, this role requires someone with a strong background in joinery manufacturing, project coordination, and client management. The Role

As Joinery Project Manager, you will take ownership of multiple projects, ensuring smooth delivery across design, production, logistics, and installation. You will work closely with workshop teams, designers, contractors, and clients to maintain exceptional quality standards and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage bespoke joinery projects from handover through to completion
  • Coordinate workshop production schedules and installation programmes
  • Review technical drawings and production specifications
  • Liaise with design teams, clients, contractors, and installers
  • Oversee site installations and resolve project issues proactively
  • Ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and quality expectations
  • Manage materials, procurement, and resource allocation
  • Conduct site visits across London, the South East, and nationwide when required
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety standards

Requirements

  • Proven experience in joinery project management
  • Background in bespoke joinery, cabinetry, fit-out, or interior manufacturing
  • Strong technical understanding of joinery production and installation
  • Experience reading technical drawings and manufacturing details
  • Knowledge of SolidWorks or similar design software
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities
