The role offers real project exposure across all RIBA stages on high‑profile Leisure and Student Accommodation schemes, with a salary of up to £40,000, hybrid working, structured development and excellent benefits.
Job Overview:
- Occasional site visits
- Assist in developing designs into detailed working drawings
- Support the coordination of tender and construction design packages
- Assist with submissions for planning and building regulations
- Gain exposure to projects across all RIBA stages
- Support the design and production of comprehensive design information
- Prepare plans and documentation for statutory approvals
- Participate in team meetings and design discussions
Job Requirements:
