The Role
This is an office‑based estimator role with some site involvement where required, supporting the commercial team in pricing and securing projects. You will work across the full tender lifecycle on a mix of roofing and cladding schemes and play a key role in helping the business win work.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
- Review drawings, specifications and tender documentation.
- Carry out material take‑offs and pricing exercises.
- Build detailed and accurate cost estimates.
