Senior Town Planner - Bristol
Location: Bristol (Hybrid working available)
Salary: Β£45,000 - Β£52000 (DOE) + excellent benefits
Are you an experienced Town Planner ready to take the next step in your career with one of the UK's leading consultancies? I'm working with a nationally recognised planning and infrastructure firm that's seeking a Senior Town Planner to join their established Bristol office.

The Role:
As a Senior Planner, you'll play a pivotal role in managing planning applications, providing strategic advice to clients, and leading multi-disciplinary teams. You'll work on projects from conception through to consent, liaising with stakeholders, local authorities, and clients to ensure the smooth delivery of schemes.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing and preparing planning applications, appeals, and development appraisals
- Advising clients on planning policy and strategy
- Supporting junior members of the team and contributing to business development
- Working collaboratively with other professionals across planning, design, and engineering
About You:
- RTPI-accredited degree in Town Planning or related discipline
- Chartered Member of the RTPI (or working towards)
- Proven experience within a consultancy or local authority setting
- Excellent knowledge of UK planning policy and legislation
- Strong report writing, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
