  • Large multi-storey reinforced concrete mixed‑use developments in London
  • Major housing and apartment schemes incorporating load‑bearing masonry, steel frames and RC transfer structures
  • Building conversions involving RC frames and masonry structures
  • Refurbishment projects, including large Victorian properties
  • Temporary works design
  • Structural condition surveys
Responsibilities
  • Leading structural design and delivery across multiple projects
  • Managing project teams and mentoring graduate or junior engineers
  • Designing structures in reinforced concrete, steel, masonry and timber
  • Reviewing supplier and specialist contractor drawings
  • Responding to site queries and technical issues efficiently
  • Attending client meetings and representing the engineering team on site
  • Developing and contributing to internal design guides and technical resources
  • Planning project programmes and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Maintaining high standards of technical quality and health & safety compliance
