Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all site activities to ensure compliance with programme, cost, and quality objectives
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, and supply chain partners to deliver a safe and productive workplace
- Ensure full adherence to health and safety regulations, implementing best practices on site
- Monitor progress and resolve issues quickly to keep the project on track
- Maintain accurate reporting and communication channels between the site, project management, and clients
- Drive quality control, inspections, and compliance checks to achieve required specifications
- Support the mentoring and development of site-based staff to maintain high performance
Must-have Requirements
- Substantial experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager in the construction sector
- Proven ability to deliver large-scale projects to safety, quality, and time standards
- Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent understanding of health, safety, and regulatory compliance standards
- Competent in site management systems and relevant IT tools
