Location: London (within M25) and South East (Watford, Chelmsford, Luton, Croydon).

Salary: £44,000 - £48,000 basic + £2,000 London weighting (within M25) + company van / Oyster card, overtime, bonus.

Responsibilities
  • Primary point of contact for a small team of service engineers, providing technical guidance.
  • Drive best practices to achieve strong first‑fix rates and conduct joint site visits with the team.
  • Provide first‑line support to customers when required.
  • Carry out planned service and reactive maintenance on coffee and drinks machines.
  • Escalate issues, concerns and training opportunities to the Regional Service Manager.
  • Report to the Regional Service Manager and Service Operations Manager.
  • Work Monday‑Friday daytime hours with one weekend out of every four.
Qualifications
  • Previous team‑leadership experience working with electromechanical systems.
  • Experience with coffee and drinks machines (training available).
  • Worked in fast‑paced, SLA/KPI‑focused environments.
  • Empathetic, customer‑focused and excellent communication skills.
  • Good sense of humour (optional).
  • Full UK driver’s licence and right to work in the UK (no sponsorship).
  • Willing to travel to customer sites across the South East and Central London.
Package and Benefits

Basic salary £44,000 – £48,000, dependent on experience. Additional £2,000 per year if residing within the M25. Company van / Oyster card.
