Overview: Responsible for the engineering, maintenance, technical support and lifecycle management of CCTV, Access Control and Integrated Security systems within the designated area. Manage client accounts, deliver high-standard service and maintain technical performance across key accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Service, maintain, fault-find and repair CCTV, Access Control and Integrated Security systems
  • Manage the technical and operational lifecycle of assigned client accounts
  • Plan and organise workload and diary to ensure service levels are maintained
  • Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance visits across commercial sites
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted technical point of contact
  • Support system upgrades, technology refreshes and implementation of new IP-based security solutions
  • Work closely with the Operations Support Team and Senior Management to ensure customer satisfaction and account performance

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven experience within the Electronic Security industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of CCTV, Access Control and integrated security systems
  • Experience with IP-based security technologies
  • Ability to work independently and manage own workload effectively
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Reliable, trustworthy, self-motivated and committed to delivering high standards of service

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Basic salary of £35,000 – £40,000 depending on experience
  • Uncapped commission scheme with realistic OTE of £45,000 – £55,000
  • Company vehicle provided
