Job Overview

Pinnacle is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who has a proven background working on large civil infrastructure projects for a main contractor. The role will be based out of Enfield and will involve working on new roads, bridges, flood mitigation and utilities installation (electricity, gas, water, comms).

Duties

• Prepare and manage work package documentation, tender invitations, and evaluations.
• Support procurement of materials and services.
• Monitor and manage valuations, applications for payment, variations, and final accounts to maximise project value and cash flow.
• Produce accurate cost reports, forecasts, and contribute to setting financial targets.
• Work closely with the supply chain to drive cost efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Support the Commercial Manager in client negotiations and dispute resolution as required.

Person Specification

• Formal qualification in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
• Proven experience as a QS or Senior QS on large‑scale civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of NEC contracts.

Salary is up to £70,000k plus allowance or car.
