We have an opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established building services contractor, within their growing Fire & Security division. The office base is in Chadderton, Oldham.
This is an excellent time to join a business experiencing significant growth, with a strong pipeline of work across the UK delivering fire alarms, CCTV, access control and security installations for major commercial clients across the UK.
You'll take commercial responsibility for a portfolio of projects, working closely with the operational team whilst enjoying the autonomy to manage your own workload. This role also offers genuine career progression, with the opportunity to develop into senior leadership positions.
The Role
Commercial management of Fire & Security projects nationwide.
Cost planning, valuations, variations and final accounts.
Procurement and subcontractor management.
Supporting Project Managers to ensure commercial success.
Managing multiple projects simultaneously.
About You
BSc (Hons) Degree in Quantity Surveying.
Several years' post graduate Quantity Surveying experience.
Previous Fire & Security experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
Able to work independently.
Strong commercial awareness and excellent communication skills.
Full UK driving licence.
