With a strong pipeline of secured projects and a growing regional presence, they are now seeking a commercially astute Senior Quantity Surveyor to take a leading role on their flagship £65m CAT A Office Fit Out project in Bristol.

Reporting to the Commercial Manager and working closely with the wider project leadership team, you will take ownership of the commercial delivery of this high-profile project from procurement through to final account.
The Role
- £65m CAT A Office Fit Out project in Bristol
- Procurement and management of major subcontract packages
- Preparation and submission of valuations and applications for payment
- Cost reporting, forecasting and cash flow management
- Management of variations, change control and contractual compliance
- Negotiation and agreement of subcontractor and client final accounts
- Commercial risk identification and mitigation
- Value engineering and cost optimisation throughout the project lifecycle
- Production of accurate commercial reports for senior management
- Working collaboratively with operational teams to maximise project performance and profitability
- Supporting the continued growth and success of the regional business unit
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a Main Contractor
- Previous experience delivering fit out, refurbishment, commercial office or complex construction projects
- Strong commercial and contractual knowledge with the ability to manage large-scale schemes independently
- Experience working on projects valued in excess of £20m
- Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
- Stable employment history demonstrating progression and project success

Candidates must currently work, or have previously worked, for a Main Contractor/ Fit Out Contractor and possess experience delivering commercial fit out, refurbishment or major building projects. This position requires an individual who is commercially driven, capable of taking ownership of project performance, and comfortable operating within a fast-paced, growing business environment.
