Experience

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction or civil engineering sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of cost control techniques and financial management in construction projects.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry software such as CostX, Bluebeam, or similar programmes.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills for liaising with diverse stakeholders including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • A recognised qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Economics.
