The Senior Project Manager's roleThe successful Senior Project Manager will oversee healthcare and NHS projects through all project stages. Responsibilities include:
- Managing NHS and healthcare construction projects from inception to completion
- Leading client meetings and stakeholder engagement processes
- Coordinating consultants, contractors and specialist teams
- Managing project programmes, budgets and reporting
- Overseeing procurement, risk and change control procedures
- Supporting contract administration duties
- Ensuring projects are delivered within live healthcare environments effectively
- Monitoring project performance against programme and budget objectives
- Maintaining strong relationships with NHS clients and stakeholders
