Shift & Pay- DAYS - Monday to Friday (7am-3pm)
- No rotating shifts
- Full‑time hours
- Temp‑to‑permanent opportunity
Company bus available for just £3 per day serving Portsmouth, Havant, Waterlooville and surrounding areas.

You'll be leading from the front - not stuck behind a desk:
- Supporting and motivating your team to hit targets
- Keeping production running smoothly and efficiently
- Coaching operators and helping develop their skills
- Stepping in to solve problems and reduce downtime
- Driving standards around quality, safety, and performance
- Supporting training, return‑to‑work processes, and team development
- Getting involved in continuous improvement and Lean/5S activities
