What you’ll do

  • You'll design mechanical systems for buildings, covering everything from heating, ventilation and air conditioning.
  • Using Hevacomp, REVIT and AutoCAD, you’ll produce detailed designs, specifications and working drawings.
  • You’ll also head to site to survey, write technical reports and monitor progress, giving you hands‑on experience that few positions offer.
  • Meeting with clients and contractors, you’ll shape projects from start to finish, building your influence and visibility in the industry.

What you’ll need

  • At least 5 years’ experience in mechanical building services design.
  • Consultancy experience, so you’re familiar with client‑facing work.
  • Proficiency with Hevacomp and AutoCAD, as these will be your main tools.
