The Role: You will work within the Estimating team in Birmingham, contributing to a variety of construction projects. This role is suited to an experienced Estimator who is looking to join a forward-thinking, stable business with a strong reputation. Key Responsibilities
- Review tender documentation, identifying risks and opportunities, and support bid strategies
- Prepare accurate take-offs, detailed cost estimates, and tender submissions
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain and analyse quotations
- Collaborate with construction and commercial teams to ensure alignment on delivery and methodology
- Produce tender handover documentation for successful bids and support pre-construction activities
