- Maintenance Supervisor – London Victoria – £53,000 per annum
A fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced Mechanical or Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join a well-established building services provider at a prestigious high-end residential development in Victoria.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the on-site day engineering team.
- Plan, oversee, and carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks.
- Ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of mechanical and electrical building services.
- Carry out plant isolations and maintain safe working practices at all times.
- Ensure all repairs and remedial works are completed to the required compliance and quality standards.
- Coordinate and manage specialist contractors and subcontractors on site.
- Complete all required site documentation, including logbooks, RAMS, permits, and maintenance records.
- Build strong working relationships with client representatives and attend regular site meetings.
- Provide regular updates to the Account Manager on operational performance and site activities.
- Use PDA and CMMS systems to raise, update, and close maintenance tasks.
- Candidate Requirements
- Fully qualified in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Installations (City & Guilds, NVQ, EAL, or equivalent), with current wiring regulations knowledge.
- Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Victoria.
- Previous experience working within high-end residential or luxury hotel environments is essential.
- Demonstrated experience in a Maintenance Supervisor or Electrical Supervisor role within building maintenance, projects, or installation.
- Strong understanding of safe systems of work, including RAMS, permits to work, and method statements.
- IOSH or NEBOSH qualification is advantageous.
- Experience supervising commercial maintenance or project works.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.

- Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm.
