Pebble Recruitment is currently representing a well‑established Environmental Consultancy, actively seeking an ambitious Ecologist or Senior Ecologist to join their London office. The company has 6 offices across the UK, offering a range of multidisciplinary services to clients.
Senior Ecologist Position Overview
- Undertaking protected species surveys
- Assisting with tender development and quotation creation
- Producing technical reports such as PEA, BNG, and protected species reports
- Managing small to medium‑sized projects and some large projects with assistance when needed
Senior Ecologist Position Requirements
- 5+ years of industry experience
- Degree in Ecology, Environmental Management, or a related field
- 1 protected species licence
- Full UK driving licence
- Knowledge of UK wildlife legislation and the ability to apply them correctly
- Desirable: Chartered Institute of Ecology & Environmental Management membership
Senior Ecologist Position Remuneration
- Competitive salary ranging between £38,000 – £45,000 depending on experience
