A leading main contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Digital Construction Manager to join its growing London team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering major construction projects through innovative digital engineering and BIM‑led solutions.

The Role

  • You will lead the digital construction strategy across complex projects, driving BIM implementation, coordination, and information management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Working closely with project teams, consultants, and supply chain partners, you will ensure best‑in‑class digital delivery standards are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage Digital Construction and BIM processes on major projects
  • Oversee project information management in line with ISO 19650 standards
  • Manage model federation, clash detection, and coordination workflows
  • Drive collaboration between design, construction, and supply chain teams
  • Produce and review BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and digital delivery strategies
  • Support project teams with digital construction tools and workflows
  • Ensure quality assurance and compliance across all digital deliverables
  • Mentor and develop Digital Construction Coordinators and BIM staff

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Digital Construction / BIM Management role within a leading contractor
  • Strong understanding of BIM workflows and digital project delivery
  • Advanced experience using: Navisworks, Solibri
  • Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud / Revit / Common Data Environments
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 and BIM Level 2 standards
  • Experience working on large-scale construction projects in the UK
