You will play a key role in a £30m high‑tech healthcare development in Bristol. Responsibilities

- Drive design programme to meet key project milestones
- Manage risk, compliance and technical approvals
- Ensure design solutions are practical, cost‑effective and buildable
- Oversee BIM coordination and technical integration
- Support commercial and operational teams throughout delivery
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Design Manager or Design Manager on large construction projects
- Experience delivering healthcare, laboratory or technically complex schemes
- Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction standards
- Tier 1 or large main contractor experience desirable
- Excellent leadership, communication and coordination skills
- Relevant construction qualification (HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent)
