Senior Architect – Newcastle (hybrid available)
Our client is a multidisciplinary consultancy with an international presence and a long-standing reputation. The successful Senior Architect will join their team in Newcastle, with the option to work from home. The position offers a competitive salary up to £50,000 and opportunities for progression into a Senior role.
Responsibilities
- Use Revit on a daily basis and work across all RIBA stages.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, local planning authorities and building control.
- Work on projects in the Residential, Commercial and Healthcare sectors (project values circa £10m–£60m).
- Carry out site visits and, where appropriate, take a lead on projects.
- Collaborate within a close-knit team of architectural professionals in Newcastle.
Qualifications
- ARB or RIBA Qualified Architect.
- Proficient in Revit.
- Live within a commutable distance of Newcastle.
- Minimum 4+ years of industry experience.
- Project running experience is advantageous.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: £45,000–£50,000 (competitive).
- Hybrid working.
- 23 days holiday (plus bank holidays, increasing with seniority) with the option to buy more.
