Senior Architect – Newcastle (hybrid available)

Our client is a multidisciplinary consultancy with an international presence and a long-standing reputation. The successful Senior Architect will join their team in Newcastle, with the option to work from home. The position offers a competitive salary up to £50,000 and opportunities for progression into a Senior role.

Responsibilities

  • Use Revit on a daily basis and work across all RIBA stages.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, local planning authorities and building control.
  • Work on projects in the Residential, Commercial and Healthcare sectors (project values circa £10m–£60m).
  • Carry out site visits and, where appropriate, take a lead on projects.
  • Collaborate within a close-knit team of architectural professionals in Newcastle.

Qualifications

  • ARB or RIBA Qualified Architect.
  • Proficient in Revit.
  • Live within a commutable distance of Newcastle.
  • Minimum 4+ years of industry experience.
  • Project running experience is advantageous.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: £45,000–£50,000 (competitive).
  • Hybrid working.
  • 23 days holiday (plus bank holidays, increasing with seniority) with the option to buy more.
