A progressive, employee-focused architectural practice is on the lookout for a Senior Architect to join its team in Bristol (one of 9 offices across the UK). This role offers the opportunity to lead on projects within the workplace and commercial sectors, taking responsibility from developed design through to completion. You will not be pigeonholed into working within one sector; this practice has a diverse portfolio of exciting projects! You will take ownership of projects, working closely with senior leadership while engaging directly with clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies. The position offers a high level of autonomy and the chance to influence both design quality and project delivery. The salary range for this role is £38,000 - £45,000 depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver design solutions in line with UK regulations and best practice.
- Lead planning, building regulations, and associated statutory submissions.
- Act as a key client contact and coordinate with project stakeholders.
- Produce technical information, reports, and specifications.
- Support project risk management and team collaboration.
