Role: Security Lead Commissioning Engineer
Salary: £47,000 DOE + Door-to-Door + Van (personal use permitted @ 40p per mile)
Location: London & Surrounding Areas
Shift: 40 hours per week (08:00–16:00)
Overtime: Offered at 1.5x / 2x (minimum 8 hours OT paid for scheduled out-of-hours work)
On Call: 1 in 9 rota (£25 per day standby + overtime rates + D2D)

Responsibilities
- Commissioning and testing integrated security systems on large projects
- Working across Access Control, Intruder, CCTV, Fire Alarms, and Intercom systems
- Leading technical delivery and supporting other engineers on site
- Troubleshooting complex system integration issues
- Ensuring successful system handover to clients
- Producing detailed commissioning documentation
Qualifications
- Exceptional experience across enterprise security systems
- Strong commissioning experience on integrated systems
- Advanced knowledge of Access Control, Intruder, CCTV, Fire Alarms, and Intercoms
- Experience working on complex multi-system environments
- Strong technical problem-solving ability
- Team leadership or mentoring experience desirable
