A respected multidisciplinary construction consultancy is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in Salford. This is an excellent opportunity for a career-focused Quantity Surveyor to work across a diverse range of residential and affordable housing projects throughout Greater Manchester and the North West.
The successful Quantity Surveyor will play a key role in delivering cost consultancy and employer's agent services on new build housing and regeneration schemes. Working closely with senior colleagues and clients, the Quantity Surveyor will manage pre- and post-contract duties, with a strong emphasis on the employer's agent function. This role offers excellent long-term progression for a motivated Quantity Surveyor looking to expand their project and client-facing experience within a supportive consultancy environment.
Applicants should be confident working across the full project lifecycle and have prior experience within the residential or affordable housing sectors.
Required Experience- Consultancy or client-side background as a Quantity Surveyor
- Experience delivering projects as, or supporting, the employer's agent
- Knowledge of residential and affordable housing schemes is desirable
- Working towards MRICS or recently chartered
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- £40,000 - £55,000+
