We are looking for a Sales & Operations Manager to lead and scale a high performing team. This is a dynamic leadership role in a fast-paced environment ideal for someone who enjoys building teams, driving performance, and working with high-value client relationships.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage and develop Senior and New Business Account Managers, ensuring consistent operational delivery and performance.
  • Implement structured coaching, performance management and training frameworks.
  • Drive operational efficiency across client acquisition and growth activity.
  • Ensure full compliance and accuracy across all client records and processes.
  • Oversee daily sales operations aligning activity to KPIs and wider business targets.
  • Monitor core operational metrics including pipeline, conversion and revenue performance.
  • Oversee processes for operational efficiency and consistency.

What you’ll need:

  • Strong commercial awareness with a focus on operational efficiency and results delivery.
  • Experience managing complex client or revenue processes.
  • Proven experience leading operational teams in a target-driven environment.
