We’re working with a growing construction and civil engineering contractor who are looking to bring a Quantity Surveyor into their Runcorn office. This is a good opportunity to join a business with a strong pipeline of work across concrete repairs, structural repair and civils, where you’ll play a key role in the commercial delivery of projects while helping support the growth of the team locally.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing projects commercially from handover through to final account
- Carrying out valuations, variations and cost reporting
- Procuring and managing subcontractors and supply chain relationships
- Supporting with contract administration and commercial negotiations
- Working closely with site teams to monitor progress and control costs
- Identifying risks and opportunities across projects

- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction or civil engineering
