What You’ll Be Doing
- Programming and setting CNC machines, with or without CAD models
- Working primarily on 3-axis and 4-axis machines (XY2 and Leadwells)
- Using Siemens controls (essential)
- Fusion 360 experience desirable (but not essential)
- Taking full ownership of jobs from programming through to completion
- Carrying out your own quality checks
- Supporting breakdowns and urgent turnaround work
- Producing high-precision components for food & beverage, energy, automotive, and aerospace sectors
- Contributing ideas for continuous improvement in a fast-moving shop
