Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and development of projects across all stages.
- Create detailed architectural drawings and specifications using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Manage construction stages, demonstrating strong knowledge of design specifications and building regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, consultants and contractors to deliver high‑standard projects.
- Handle multiple projects concurrently.
Skills and Qualifications
- RIBA/ARB or CIAT membership.
- Proven Stage 4 technical detailing with a strong understanding of on‑site processes.
- In‑depth knowledge of UK building regulations and standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Good oral and written communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with clients, consultants and contractors.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
