People are recruiting for a Production Planner based in Leamington Spa to start ASAP within the Manufacturing and Production industry. This is a full-time, long-term role that may lead to a permanent contract after a qualifying period.

Working Hours & Pay

  • Monday to Friday, 8am – 4.30pm.
  • Pay from £14.00 per hour, with overtime paid at 1.5× rate.
  • Ongoing work with opportunity to go permanent after 12 weeks.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Full driving licence – you will be required to drive a company vehicle on a day‑to‑day basis.
  • Previous experience in production planning.
  • Knowledge of machine operation.
  • Computer literacy.
  • English reading, writing and speaking skills.
  • Ability to run various machines and production lines.

Responsibilities

  • Support the smooth day‑to‑day running of the production ink rooms.
  • Ensure jobs assigned for the week have sufficient ink and stock.
  • Use the in‑house planner to view weekly jobs, ensure stock availability, and travel between three local sites to top up machine stock.
  • Check stock levels and order materials as needed.
  • Adhere to health and safety rules on site.
  • Progress to learn several machines within the factory.
  • Support other areas when required, including checking deliveries, helping on the production line, and general housekeeping.
  • Work unsupervised where required and be a great communicator.
  • Forward‑thinking and well‑organised.
