The role

As Quantity Surveyor, you will be required to manage your own schemes, ensuring all aspects of quantity surveying are conducted efficiently and effectively, including accurate preparation of cost estimates, initial and ongoing budget management, and programme adherence of projects of varying value, typically from £500k - £6m.

Requirements

  • Degree / HND / HNC in quantity surveying or a construction-related field or relevant experience.
  • Proven commercial experience as a Quantity Surveyor managing your own schemes within a main contracting environment.
  • Particular experience in retail, commercial, leisure, and industrial projects would be ideal.
