We're looking for an experienced MIG Welder to join a well-established manufacturing business on a permanent basis. You'll be working from engineering drawings to produce both standard and more complex fabrications, with opportunities to develop your skills across the wider business. This role offers a supportive working environment, consistent overtime, and clear progression opportunities.

What we're looking for:

  • Strong MIG welding experience (TIG skills desirable but not essential)
  • Ability to produce high-quality, accurate welds
  • Confident reading and interpreting engineering drawings
  • Competent in measuring and preparing materials
  • Experience setting up and operating welding and fabrication equipment
  • Familiarity with a range of fabrication machinery
  • Experience using cutting and grinding tools
  • Comfortable working in a team within a target-driven production environment
