The Opportunity

We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor / Cost Consultant to join their Ringwood office. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their career within a construction consultancy environment, gaining hands‑on experience across cost planning, project delivery, and client management. Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation of cost plans, estimates, and budget reports

  • Delivery of contract administration (JCT/NEC) and cost control
  • Preparation of valuations, variations, and final accounts
  • Acting as a client‑facing point of contact
  • Risk management, value engineering, and cost reporting

Requirements

  • Experience as a Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Cost Consultant
  • Background in consultancy or main contractor environment

  • Ability to manage workload independently
  • Working towards RICS/MRICS (desirable but not essential)
