We are currently looking for a Production Supervisor on a permanent basis for a leading manufacturing company based in Ringwood, Hampshire. The primary duties for the Production Supervisor will be to lead and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the electro-mechanical assembly team to ensure safe, efficient, on-time and right-first-time production. The Production Supervisor will drive Lean manufacturing, effective planning, strong team performance, and continuous improvement across the assembly operations, ensuring standards for quality, delivery and productivity are consistently achieved.

Ideal Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience supervising a production/assembly team (ideally 10–30 people) in a manufacturing environment.
  • MRP / ERP systems experience
  • Good understanding of manufacturing processes and workflow
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and BOM structures
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, able to coach, influence and hold standards.
  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to investigate issues, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Confident communicator, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Good basic IT skills, including Excel, Outlook and ERP systems
  • Strong awareness of health and safety within manufacturing

Salary £35K - £42.5K

Hours Monday to Friday (Flexi Time)
