We have a position for a Maintenance Coordinator to work for our client in the Ringwood area. This is an office based role (8am to 5pm) Monday to Friday and is working for a leading property services company.

Duties to include:

  • Scheduling work for engineers
  • Ordering materials
  • Liaise with clients - dealing with issues and resolving as required
  • Produce reports
  • Escalate issues when needed
