What You’ll Be Doing

  • Running external refurbishment & maintenance works on high-end residential properties
  • Managing projects from start to finish
  • Coordinating trades and subcontractors to keep the programme on track
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients
  • Ensuring Health & Safety and quality standards are met
  • Keeping site paperwork and reporting fully up to date

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in Property Services or prime residential refurbishment
  • Background with a reputable contractor
  • Strong communication and client-facing ability
  • Confident with paperwork, reporting and IT
  • CSCS, SSSTS/SMSTS, First Aid
  • Ideally a trade background or experience as RLO / Site Supervisor
