- Running external refurbishment & maintenance works on high-end residential properties
- Managing projects from start to finish
- Coordinating trades and subcontractors to keep the programme on track
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients
- Ensuring Health & Safety and quality standards are met
- Keeping site paperwork and reporting fully up to date
What You’ll Bring
