This role offers the chance to work on a diverse portfolio of projects, with a strong focus on Section 278 (S278) works and highway schemes, contributing to essential infrastructure and high-quality developments across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the commercial and contractual elements of projects
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation
- Monitor project costs and ensure financial efficiency throughout
- Conduct valuations and manage subcontractor accounts
- Oversee commercial management of Section 278 (S278) and highway schemes
- Identify, manage, and mitigate commercial risks
- Provide regular financial reports and forecasts to senior management

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry
